Compare the work before the totals

Concrete Quote Comparison

Enter two written scopes, with an optional third. Leave a field blank when it is not stated. The tool flags missing entries and makes a question list; it never ranks contractors.

Use your own labels rather than personal contact details. Nothing is uploaded, checked with a provider or sent to the operator.

Your worksheet

Free to use. Inputs stay in this page and reset on reload. Print or download what you want to keep. Nothing is sent to the operator.

Comparison rule: a blank total or scope field is flagged as missing; no score is calculated

With JavaScript off, use the side-by-side fields as a manual worksheet. Review each row in turn. If a quote excludes something, write the exclusion rather than treating silence as inclusion. Enter “not applicable” only when that is the written position you need to confirm.

A complete entry is still a claim

The tool does not verify a license, inspect a site or decide whether a design is suitable. More filled fields do not prove a better firm. A short warranty label does not establish its terms. Ask for the actual documents and check the business separately.

Compare the same measured area and work before comparing totals. Have each contractor explain removal limits, ground assumptions, finish, curing responsibility and change approval. Use the cost worksheet only after the rate and exclusions are clear.

Keep your questions and answers

Print or download the current result before reload. If you change an input, calculate again so the output reflects the new scope. Keep the original quotes and written replies with your worksheet. A missing-field report is not a hiring recommendation.

Read the cost guide and permit questions. TradeLeo is a connection service, not a contractor. See operator details before an optional contact request. No form is required to use this comparison.

Before you decide

Good questions to ask

Does more filled-in scope mean a better contractor?

No. This tool flags missing entries only. A detailed statement can still be wrong or unsuitable. Check the actual business, license scope, insurance, references and proposed work separately.

Can it read a quote file or judge a fair price?

No. Enter the written details yourself. It does not upload or read documents, supply local rates, verify claims or rank contractors. Ask for unclear terms in writing before comparing totals.
