These terms cover phxconcretecontractors.com and its free homeowner request form. TradeLeo operates Phoenix Concrete Contractors as a connection service, not a contractor.

What the service does

We provide planning information and save project requests for follow-up by the operator and any assigned independent contractor. Sending a request does not book work, create a construction contract or guarantee a match, response, quote or outcome. The site does not take a homeowner payment.

Choosing a contractor

Independent contractors decide which work they offer, inspect the site, set prices and perform work under their own agreement with you. TradeLeo does not supervise or guarantee their work. Arizona requires contractors to hold an ROC license. Check the license status and scope at roc.az.gov and confirm insurance, references, approvals and written terms before hiring.

Agree directly on the scope, materials, schedule, payment stages, changes and any warranty. A service card on this site is not evidence that a particular contractor is available or holds a license for that work.

Planning information and costs

Guides explain questions to ask; they do not replace an on-site assessment, design or permit review. Cost ranges are dated planning estimates, not quotes or measured local averages. Conditions, access, materials and scope can change the price. Confirm current details directly with the contractor and the relevant authority.

Your request and permission

Send accurate information about a project you are authorized to discuss. Submit your own contact details and give permission for project follow-up. Do not use the form for spam, sensitive information or unrelated marketing. You may decline a quote or ask the operator to stop follow-up.

Privacy and availability

The Privacy Policy describes what is saved, who can access it, backups, retention and requests about your data. Outages and errors can happen. A saved reference confirms a saved request, not that a contractor has read it. If saving fails, keep the form open and retry; the same request token prevents a second save of the same details.

These terms do not create a contractor rental agreement, sell a lead to a contractor or start a subscription. Any such arrangement is separate from this homeowner service. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
