Useful planning before you share details
The guides help you describe a project, compare scope and ask better questions at a site visit. Start with driveways, patios, decorative finishes or repair options. The cost guide identifies dated national references and their limits. We have not surveyed Phoenix bids or completed the concrete jobs described in these guides.
The Phoenix name describes the homeowner audience. It does not mean TradeLeo holds a contractor license, employs installers or has a local showroom. The simple illustration on the home page is a planning drawing, not evidence of a completed project.
What happens when you send a request
The request form asks about your project and asks permission to share your details with this request service and its assigned contractor for contact about the project. A successful submission saves a request before displaying its reference. Keep that reference for a later question about the request.
The operator or any assigned independent contractor may follow up. Submission does not guarantee a match, response time, site visit, price or booking. Availability and suitability must be confirmed for the actual project. If a contractor contacts you, ask for the business name and who will be responsible for the work.
You decide whether to hire under a separate agreement. TradeLeo does not inspect the property, design the concrete, issue permits or supervise construction through this request. The chosen contractor gives its own quote and is responsible for its work and terms.
Check the actual contractor
Use Arizona ROC’s Before You Hire guidance to check the current license record and whether its class covers the proposed work. Confirm that the person discussing the job represents that business. Ask about insurance directly; a license check does not establish every kind of insurance.
Compare written scope, exclusions, payment stages, change approval and aftercare before signing. Check references that relate to the contractor’s own work. This website does not publish contractor reviews, claim a vetted network or endorse a provider merely because a request was saved.
Information, contact and corrections
Read the Privacy Policy for request data, sharing, retention and phone handling. Read the Terms of Service for the connection service’s limits and contractor responsibilities. Those pages govern the service; a planning guide does not replace them.
For a question about your information or a correction to a guide, use the contact address listed in the Privacy Policy. Include the page URL, the point you believe needs correction and a public source if you have one. Do not send sensitive documents, payment information or private records just to report a typo.
Price references show when they were checked. Official links explain their own subject; a link does not mean the city, ROC or a trade association endorses TradeLeo. Reconfirm project rules with the relevant agency before work starts.
For a request question, include your saved reference and explain what you need clarified. For a workmanship concern, keep the contract and speak with the actual contractor or relevant authority. A website correction request does not open a construction complaint or arrange a repair.
