A household plan you can keep

Concrete Preparation Checklist

Work through the questions before agreeing to concrete work, then plan access and handover with the contractor. Check a box only when you have the answer or arrangement you need.

Your worksheet

Free to use. Inputs stay in this page and reset on reload. Print or download what you want to keep. Nothing is sent to the operator.

Checklist method: check each agreed task, keep the written proof, then print your list

The checkboxes work without JavaScript. Use your browser’s Print command to keep a paper copy or save a PDF. With JavaScript on, the buttons also print or download your current list. A reload clears the checks; no saved project is implied.

Agree who does each task

A checked item is your note, not a contractor’s signature. Keep the actual permit response, locating record, approved scope and care instructions separately. If a task belongs to the contractor, get that responsibility in the agreement before marking it settled.

Do not move heavy equipment, break concrete, disconnect services or dig simply because this list mentions preparation. Tell the contractor about access limits and household needs, then agree on suitable work and protection. The list is planning help rather than demolition or construction instructions.

Keep the next decisions connected

Read the Phoenix approvals guide for private versus public work, and the hot-weather guide for curing responsibility and delays. The removal guide helps define the condition the next crew should receive.

Before accepting a total, use the scope comparison tool and cost guide. Keep unresolved items open instead of checking them to finish the page. TradeLeo is a connection service, not a contractor. Read about our role before an optional contact request.

Before you decide

Good questions to ask

Will checked items survive a reload?

No. This page does not save a checklist or send it anywhere. Print it, save a PDF or download the text before a reload or closing the page. Use your browser’s print menu if JavaScript is off.

Does checking an item approve the construction?

No. A check is your planning note, not a permit, utility clearance, inspection or professional decision. Keep the actual approvals and written contractor instructions separately.
